At Cooliveify, we're committed to transparent and reliable shipping. This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Daily cut-off time: 4:00 PM PST — orders placed before this time may be processed the same day.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping costs $9.95 flat rate with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days, bringing your total estimated delivery to 4–7 business days.

Free Shipping is available on all orders of $125 or more. Free shipping orders have an estimated transit time of 7–10 business days, with a total estimated delivery of 8–12 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volumes.

Delivery Address

Orders ship to the address entered at checkout. Please double-check your details before confirming your order. Cooliveify is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to modify or cancel your order? Contact us at info@cooliveify.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Order Tracking

A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears lost or is significantly delayed, contact us at info@cooliveify.com, and we'll work directly with the carrier to resolve it.
