Refund policy

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at info@cooliveify.com to request a return. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cooliveify.com with photos. We'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, subject to availability.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional time to process.
6. Promotions
Discount codes and promotions cannot be applied retroactively and are not refundable if missed at checkout.
7. No Restocking Fees
We don't charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
