🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to? We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally or to US territories at this time.

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard shipping takes 3–5 business days, and free shipping orders take 7–10 business days. Your total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days for standard and 8–12 business days for free shipping.

How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.95. Orders of $125 or more qualify for free shipping automatically — no code needed.

What is your order cut-off time? Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST on a business day may be processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking details are typically active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

My order is delayed — what should I do? Occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues or weather conditions. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at info@cooliveify.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in original packaging. A proof of purchase is required.

How do I start a return? Email us at info@cooliveify.com with your order number. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll send you return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

I received a damaged or wrong item — what do I do? We're sorry about that! Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cooliveify.com with photos of the issue and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Do you offer exchanges? We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, subject to availability. We do not currently offer size or style exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional time to reflect the amount.

Do you charge restocking fees? No — we never charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal and all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Maestro, and Diners Club.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, so please contact us at info@cooliveify.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. Cooliveify never stores or collects your card details. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through our payment providers. Your financial information is fully protected.
